Through our training courses and educational programs, the U. S. Fire Administration works to enhance the ability of fire and emergency services and allied professionals to deal more effectively with fire and related emergencies. We also serve as the focal point for the development and delivery of emergency management training to enhance the capabilities of government officials, volunteer organizations and the public and private sectors to minimize the impact of disasters on the American public.
